Mike Pennington Recipient of National Award
Mike Pennington will be the 2019 recipient of the Tony Gobar Outstanding Juvenile Justice Specialist Award. This is a national award, which will be presented to Mike in Washington D.C. at the Coalition for Juvenile Justice's (CJJ) 2019 Annual Conference June 20th.This award is named in honor of the late Tony Gobar, and each year CJJ recognizes a state Juvenile Justice Specialist who has exemplified excellence in service to others; has been dedicated and committed to improving the juvenile justice system; and has demonstrated compassion and concern for youth and advocates.
